Any personal information or addresses received by me will not be passed on or sold to any third party. Any such information will be stored by me only in a way that cannot be accessed by the public. Only in the case of a requirement to comply with legal process would such information be passed on and then only to a person who could legally prove their authority to receive it. Any person wishing to obtain a copy of their information held by me would have to prove that they were the person to whom that information referred. In these ways I shall comply with the requirements of the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 1998.
